FORME is a single-operator studio selling 3D printed goods, operated by Nigel Moran, based in Ireland. By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms.
Prices are listed in EUR. FORME is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on orders — the price shown is the full price you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock — in which case you'll receive a full refund.
Requests submitted through the Custom Orders form are not binding orders. We'll reply with a fixed price and estimated turnaround; a contract is only formed once you accept the quote and complete payment through the checkout link provided.
Estimated turnaround and delivery times are shown at checkout and on each product page but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided. Delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
If you're a consumer ordering from the EU, you generally have the right to cancel a standard (non-custom) order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
Custom and made-to-order items are excluded from this right, as they are produced to your specifications (Art. 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive) — unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
All designs, product photography, and site content are the property of FORME unless stated otherwise. Custom commissions based on a design you provide remain subject to any rights you hold in that design — let us know if there's anything we should be aware of before we print it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr if a disagreement can't be resolved directly.
