Orders are printed to order and typically ship within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay.
If you're an EU consumer, you can return most ready-made items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, for a full refund of the item price. To start a return:
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, they can't be returned simply for change of mind once printing has started, in line with EU consumer law's exemption for personalised goods. If you need to cancel a custom order, contact forme.ie@outlook.ie as soon as possible — cancellation may still be possible if printing hasn't begun.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — including custom pieces — you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Irish and EU consumer law, with no 14-day limit for reporting a manufacturing fault. Email forme.ie@outlook.ie with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
Once we've received and checked a returned item (or approved a damage claim), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
