Who we are

FORME ("we", "us") is operated by Nigel Moran, based in Sligo, Ireland. For any privacy questions, contact forme.ie@outlook.ie.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, delivery address, phone number (if provided), and what you ordered.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not see or store your full card details.
• Custom order requests: any description, images, budget or timeline details you submit through the Custom Orders form.
• Technical data: basic site usage information such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are enabled.

Why we collect it

We use your data to process and ship your order, respond to custom order requests, handle customer service queries, and meet our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting records). We rely on the legal bases of contract performance (to fulfil your order) and legitimate interest (to run and improve the shop).

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary to fulfil your order:

• Stripe — to process payment securely.
• Our shipping carrier / Shippo — to generate shipping labels and deliver your order.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, they rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 6 years in Ireland). Custom order enquiries that don't result in a purchase are kept for 12 months before deletion, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact forme.ie@outlook.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Cookies

This site does not currently use analytics, tracking, or any non-essential cookies. Your cart contents are held only in your browser's memory during your visit and aren't stored or tracked. If that changes in future (for example, if analytics are added), this policy and a cookie consent banner will be updated accordingly.
